This single day-pass is good for any one of three events during The Flatland Jam 2009.

      In the event of cancellation of any event on september 25,26,27,2009 due to a "ACT OF GOD", fire, riot, strike, war, any act or order of any public authority, or cause, either similar or dissimilar, or any event(s) of any kind or character whatsoever, that is beyond the control of Flatland Jam or Flatland Entertainment L.L.C., does not constatute a refund.          

Acts, Events, and Times subject to change with out notice.

    You must be 21 and show valid prof of age to purchase and consume alcohol at Flatland Jam on Effingham County Fairgrounds.

    No re-entry if you leave event area.

    There will be a variety of food, beverage, and alcohol vendors inside event areas.

    Do not bring any of the following: pets, coolers, backpacks, large bags, cameras or video/audio recording devices, food or beverages of any kind, weapons, anything illegal.

    Persons entering the events may be subject to being serched for items that are not allowed into event areas.
